Joint clustering across two omic layers

Extended to single-cell data, Synthetic Cognition clustered 206 cells using RNA expression and chromatin accessibility together, matching or beating dedicated joint-dimensionality-reduction methods built specifically for this task.

Because the engine is general-purpose, no new architecture was needed to move from bulk multi-omic data to single-cell resolution — the same knowledge-building process applied directly.
